Most gummy corn has a relatively short maturity period and can be grown in most areas. Gummy corn is the best variety of corn for our daily life as a coarse grain.
(2) Pulverized
The ears and kernels are similar in shape to the hard kernel type, but the endosperm is composed entirely of powdered starch and the kernels are milky white and lusterless. Powdered corn is the most commonly used in the feed industry because it is very palatable.
(3) Horsetail
The horsetail corn plant is tall. Fertilizer and water-resistant, high yield, late maturity, the shape of the cob is cylindrical, long corn kernels, type flat, the two sides of the kernel for the angular starch, the middle and top of the powder starch, the top of the powder starch loss of water drying faster at maturity, the top of the kernel appears depressed like a horse tooth, so the name horse tooth type. This type of corn has its unique advantages in the starch industry.
(4) Sweet type
Sweet corn, commonly known as fruit corn, has the advantage of short plants that mature quickly and kernels with high sugar content, which can be eaten raw as a fruit, cooked as a snack, or cooked as a dish on the table.

(6) Burst corn
Burst-type corn has its unique range of consumption, the nature of which can be designated as a full gum type. It is suitable for growing on thin ridges, and because of its low yield, it has a narrow range of uses and is not grown in large areas. Burst corn also has its unique market advantages, such as whether in any entertainment venues and supermarkets, snack supply points are indispensable popcorn, the only burst corn can be made, so far there are no alternative varieties.
The above is a brief introduction to the classification of corn, no matter what kind of corn primary or deep processing needs to use of corn processing machinery and equipment.
